A negotiation is supposed to be a situation where groups sit down at the table and decide settlements.

Is that right?

Yeah, I've talked to a lot of litigators and agents, and there's kind of an unwritten rule in a negotiation.

That's changed a little bit because of some of the nature of high-level negotiations. But in most negotiations like this, Ray, both sides should walk away reasonably happy that they got something out of it, maybe not everything.
