Just first off, we wanted to get your 30,000-foot view of this now latest chapter in the Get Trump with the Law saga.

My view of the substance of the case hasn't changed in the last two months,

actually going back further than that, but two months ago, I think, is important because the Supreme Court,

in two cases involving former, I guess, cronies of former Governor Andrew Cuomo reversed convictions

throughout convictions where the government had tried to stretch the envelope on the vague

concept of fraud as it's been distorted in some federal law. And, you know, they really admonished prosecutors not to get created.

That Congress hasn't clearly codified a crime.

You're not supposed to bring the crime.

And I thought that was a blow to the Trump investigation,

because to the extent that it's been reported that they

wanted to go down the down the lane of, you know, this, this vapory concept of a conspiracy to

defraud the government or this concept of whether obstruction of Congress was committed

corruptly, because we're all allowed to try to influence Congress.

The question is whether you do it lawlessly.
