The last American soldier has been out of Afghanistan for two days now. But the last American is not out.

There are still Americans there. We left them behind,

something that our president promised he wouldn't do. And now we are hearing true sources

in the administration and at the Pentagon that there are people that are furious that he left

someone behind, that he left hundreds behind. Not leaving anyone behind is supposed to be a

part of the DNA of the United States military, but their commanders at the Pentagon agreed with this, ordered that they do just that.

They should all resign.

Those Americans left behind, make no mistake about it, are now hostages.

This is the Afghanistan hostage crisis that we're dealing with right now.

They may not be in a dark room with a hood

over their heads, but they're hostages. And we have to negotiate with the Taliban to get them out.

We have to pay the money to get them out. We can call it aid if you'd like to if it makes you

feel better, but it's actually ransom.

Arkansas Senator Tom Cotton agrees.

President Biden is hiding behind this fig leaf that all Americans who wanted to get out, they were able to get out.

That is simply false, as you just heard, as we've heard so much over the last few days.

When you have Taliban goons encircling the airport, beating people who are trying to approach

the airport, sometimes stealing their paperwork, or you just have thousands of people in a crowd

and a blazing hot sun. Yes, some Americans couldn't make it to that airport and now they're

stranded behind Taliban lines. I'm not sure what the administration's plan B is. You've heard

a lot of talk about it, but it would seem to me that President Biden has left America at the mercy of the Taliban,
