Welcome to In the Market with Janet Partial. Today's program is where Janet and her husband

Craig take some of the stories making headlines this week and offer their insight and analysis.

Before they get started, let's take a quick look back at some of the highlights from the week.

We have lived in an abnormal last century, basically, since 80 years since the Holocaust, where we've actually had positive views about the Jewish people, and we have not allowed

negative stereotypes of the Jewish people or old anti-Semitic tropes and stories to really

phase us because we saw how bad it could get if we let those things run amok because Jewish people just always pay the price with their lives.

If I don't have a short leash, what's going to happen is the person I'm witnessing to is going to sniff over here at evolution for a while.

He just wants me get me off track where he wants to talk about suffering or whatever.

These are important issues that can be addressed.

You've got to pull them back. And you see Jesus with a short leash in Luke chapter 13. He was speaking, and some men said, what about Pilate? He spilled the blood of the Galileans. Or what about the tower that fell on 18 men and killed them? And Jesus didn't go where they wanted to go. He just pulled the leash in. He says, no, say to you, unless you repent, you'll perish. He brought them back

to their responsibility towards God on judgment day. Each other person is attacking someone.

Lauren, you know, quickly her life was terminated. Jay, he he was his leg was broken he's on the side of the road

so he fought back so he had a lot of defensive wounds um you know but again the meat cleaver and

that uh just you know horrible uh you know what was done to him uh marcus hummel, another biker, you know, same thing.
