NFL draft started last night.

The jets took David Bailey with their first pick.

The Giants took Arbel Reese.

And we talked to Ritz Semeni and Jordan Rana on yesterday, talking about what could happen.

Well, now we'll talk to them talking about what did happen in the first round.

And up first is Rich Samini, who covers the Jets for us at ESPN.

Rich, the pick was David Bailey.

What was the thought process behind that?

And who else were they considering it too?

Yeah, Michael, I think it came down to Reese and Bailey.

And, you know, like we said yesterday, we thought they were leading Bailey because he

plays a premium position.

He is a pure edge rusher.

And I think with Reese, he's more of a hybrid.

He plays a couple of different positions.
