where tonight the Yankees will begin a three-game series in Arlington, Texas, against the Texas Rangers.

Yankees had their eight-game winning streak snap last night, and the Mets had just about as bad a day as you could possibly have. You cannot, in the

situation that they're in, get swept in a three-game set by the Colorado Rockies. You can't.

Now, Colorado is not as bad as they were last year, but they're not good.

So after you took two out of three from the twins and the third game, barely getting by winning

that 10-8 game, got the Rockies coming in. So we said at the beginning of this nine-game stretch,

when the Mets had snapped their 12-game

losing streak, they've got to at least go six and three.
