Summary

In Hour 2… (00:25) The guys kick off the second hour with a discussion about some of the big-name Free Agent Quarterbacks on the Market this offseason, headlined by current LA Rams QB Matthew Stafford. Stafford is entering his age 37 season, and the Rams have been open about trading his current #1 WR Cooper Kupp. The Rams have begun letting Stafford’s agent talk with teams, and the guys discuss some potential landing spots for him, as well as New York Jets QB Aaron Rodgers and Minnesota Vikings QB Sam Darnold.  (12:08) The NFL announced they have begun their investigation into Sexual Misconduct Allegations against Baltimore Ravens K Justin Tucker. The guys detail some of the allegations against him, including the fact that 16 women have come forward to speak out against Baltimore’s Kicker.  (15:40) Notre Dame Women’s Basketball fell to NC State on Sunday by a final score of 104-95. The #1 Irish, primed for a Tournament Run, lost for only the fourth time this season. The guys break down this matchup, and discuss if it could have any implications come Tourney Time next month.  (25:34) The guys transition into discussing the Unrivaled League’s one on one contest, and talk about if the NBA should take some notes from the startup league, in hopes that it can bring something new to it’s All-Star format in the coming years. The guys discussed how much they’ve loved Unrivaled as well, and what it’s meant for Women’s Basketball as a whole.  (30:30) Auburn Men’s Basketball HC Bruce Pearl joined the guys to talk about his Tiger’s 2024-25 season. Auburn is currently #1 in the nation, and the SEC currently has 9 schools in the Top-25. Pearl gets into the SEC Hoops renaissance, as well as what it’s like to have the known-football powerhouses of Auburn and Alabama representing the best of the best on the College Court.  (40:53) This, That and The Third THIS: A-Rod Hits it from Half Court THAT: Hooters flew too close to the Sun THE THIRD: Biscuit vs. Bagel - who you got? Yeah. to Draft Kings Network. Welcome back to Gojo and Goll Jesse Cofield, Michael Jr. and Michael McSignor here with you guys. Fellas, let's talk about Matthew Stafford. So we're getting reports now that the Rams are letting Stafford's agent talk to teams to gauge his value here on the open market.

1:16.4

How did we get here, guys? He's got two years left on a deal. He's got guaranteed money next year, none in 2026. He restructured his contract last year, but apparently now they're

1:22.5

letting him see if he might be walking. I don't know. What do we think of this?

1:26.2

I'm thinking dead this all seems very familiar. Like do we think of this? I'm thinking, Dad, this all seems

1:28.0

very familiar. Like the 37-year-old Matthew Stafford, who's recently his last season, was still

1:33.0

doing things that looked classic Stafford. Like going out and some of the performances that he put

1:38.9

on in critical moments looked like the guy. The game against the Buffalo Bills, obviously the

1:43.1

wild card playoff round win against the Minnesota Vikings. All of that looked like the guy that he can still

1:47.7

tap into at certain point. But he is 37. He is someone who's dealt with injury in his history because

1:52.6

of the style of game he plays. And so this seems a lot dead like the Lamar Jackson situation

1:57.9

that we got a couple of years ago in Baltimore, where in that case,

2:01.7

you had a version of the non-exclusive franchise tag that allowed the Ravens to basically

2:06.4

make Lamar Jackson go out there and negotiate a contract for them. This situation a little bit

2:12.8

different in that Matthew Stafford is still under contract. It would have to be a trade, yada,

2:16.6

but still I think the same idea that they're trying to let the market go out and do the work
