Failure to report, failure to file, failure to pay, every kind of income tax evasion charge you can get hit with.

He's facing 17 years in prison.

All of these different charges, I've talked to a number of criminal lawyers, and they all tell me the same thing.

This is open and shut.

include no jail time federal you can't make any kind of deal.

The only deal you can make with a federal prosecutor is you can make a deal onto what you'll

be charged with, bring it down to these charges.

But federal prosecutors, you can't make you any deal on jail time.
