around Washington, D.C. You got about 1,200 guys who would be qualified. And there's David

Weiss. He's a pretty middle of the road kind ofroad kind of reliable guys make him the special counsel and they

very carefully bring the charges now in the case of trump why didn't they do that they needed a special

counsel you got the usual pool of 1200 guys there in dc all perfectly suited to be the special

counsel why don't you use any of them?

Not one of them.

Why would you go all the way around the world to the Hague and bring back this guy who's got a really suspicious checkered pass? Why would you bring that guy in from 6,000 miles away?

Because he's the only guy who could bring these bizarre charges against Trump.

Nobody's ever been charged with this kind of stuff.

So that's why they needed Jack Smith.
