This might be college football.

We're going to an hour as we continue, and what a first hour we had here in Starfield,

the head basketball coach, the head football coach, and now we have the head athletic director.

I don't think there are always great to see Zach Salman as we come to Starkville. And Zach, it's amazing.

We haven't been here a couple of years, but just what a different feeling there is here with Jeff Leby now.

Coach Leby's done a great job, year two in the system.

The amount of players he's brought in and the staff, just the culture.

You know, so many times you use that as a buzzword, but our culture is just connection, staying connected, no excuses, the physicality that our team's playing with.

And football is an effort game.

And one of the things I've always loved is our guys

never quit. And so it's so fun, especially last weekend for us to break through. There's a lot of

good football left for us this season. And I know Coach Levy's been doing a great job. Just from a

trickle-down effect, I mean, I know there's so many tentacles of your industry, but you kind of felt the success early with the Arizona State game, and then it was Cardiac City for a while, but last week it finally broke through.

And how does that affect everything around your world?

You know, I think probably the effect would be on the external side, but internally, nobody

ever flinched.

And that's one of the things that I know is the making of building a program is just the

consistency over time.

The way our guys practice, prepared, whether win or lose, they've remained the same.
