But we knew that Dan Wexel was coming up, one of the great sports

in addition to his column, he also does a podcast. And Dan, I really, it's always good to hear from you,

but I'm just amazed that you're, you don't, you're not appreciative of the fact that young student athletes now are going to be wearing insignias and logos on their uniforms and helmets and probably even

their jock straps.

Good afternoon, how are you?

Well, I'm great Paul.

You know, as a traditionalist, not that excited about logos everywhere,

named conferences, all this stuff stuff as someone who enjoys the

absurdity of college athletics the content as they call it is going to be

fantastic yeah we know anything about bowl season, there is no limits to how ridiculous

this could get.

And come on now, I mean these young kids, kids of course, I mean some of them are only making a couple of million dollars a year.

I mean what's wrong with you know looking like Dale Earnhardt Jr. on his biggest days.

I've seen Dale Earnhardt Jr's house.

He has not mind wearing that many patches or painting off his car.
