But this has been going on for a long time. I can tell you that the Du Bois County Sheriff's

Office put out a press release. And I think the most interesting part of it was the very beginning

where it says today's announcement of criminal charges filed against Sheriff's Tom

Kleinhalter in Marion County came as a shock to the sheriff and to the officers and employees

of this office. Yeah, why in Marion County? Well, that's because that's where he gave the testimony.

What triggered this, a 24 Indiana State Police investigation originally focused on questionable

spending from jail commissary funds,
