Buck, I don't know how much attention you've ever paid to this story, but I went to,

I think I've talked about this on the show before.

I went to a public magnet school in the Nashville area for grade 7 through 12.

And it was a school that was academic focused.

And you had to have, they give you like stay nine tests or whatever.

I think they called the T-CAP Tennessee Comprehensive Assessment Program that you take when you're a kid.

And basically it's for smart kids to the extent that I can qualify as smart.

And 7 through 12, it changed my life immeasurably, right?

I went to public school K through 12, and I got to go to this school, Martin Luther King,

grade 7 through 12.

And by the way, I think I got an email this morning from one of the guidance counselors

saying they're trying to do away with 7th and 8th grade there, which is its own crazy

story, which I think is an awful idea.

But there have been of late, and I don't know if you've

paid a lot of attention to this buck, but I've kind of paid a great deal of attention to it because

of my own academic background. Of late, there have become attacks on high academic courses,

whether it's AP courses, whether it's AP courses, whether it's honors courses,

whether it's the schools themselves designed for smart kids as an attack upon equity.

And sometimes Buck gets focused on, hey, we don't have the right enrollment.
