I'm Jason Fitz. Don't change your dials. It's not Saturday night. We're usually with the 6 to 8 p.m. Eastern on Saturday nights. But no, the bosses decided that it was fine to give us the show again to sit down in the morning's buck, if you had your waffles, do we feel good this morning? Like, oh, you look at me like you're too good for waffles, good sir. Waffles? I feel like that's the worst way to start your day. Like, I don't want something heavy and sweet when I'm waking up. Yeah, exactly. I got a little green juice this morning. Had one of these little protein bars with what is this got in it? Almonds and egg whites and cashews and dates. I'm feeling good, baby. Get out of here with your waffles. But have you ever heard of a green juice house? No. Have you ever heard of a waffle house? Yes, there's a reason. Like, look, yes. Every day I start, my life is very boring, as you know, like I eat very monotonously because I'm on a fitness journey that you know well about, right? But I start every single morning with two, literally two cups of egg whites and a protein shake. That's every single morning in my life. I would give anything to start with waffles with a little bit of whipped cream on it.
