The Yankee fan, rightfully so, being giddy about Cam Schlittler, who deals yet again, and they hold on and beat the Mariners, and they come home to Yankee Stadium after an incredibly successful 5-1 road trip.

And then you've got the Mets, where the lack of clutch hitting continues, and Francisco Lindor played with his head up his rear end.

So I ask you, Tiki, as the ultimate of IBOs. Yes. Of those three things, Schlittler and the Yankees dominance, Lindor's head up his ass, Met's lack of clutch hitting, which is the biggest story of the three that you want to dive into first? I think it's the Cam Schlittler stuff. Damn right. Like, ultimately,

Lindor is going to be fine.

He's proven over the course of his career that he is an elite shortstop.

So not knowing that there was only two outs or no, there was only one out.

He thought there were two outs.

And was that the third inning?

First inning.

That's what made it so crazy. It's weird because I almost wanted to excuse him. I feel like somebody must have been like, two down, two down. Who? Him? I don't know. Somebody said it. And he just heard it. And in his mind, because he was so casual, just like, it's a double play ball. What are you doing? and he just walked towards the mound. So, but that's not him. He doesn't do that.

He's not boneheaded. Now he had a boneheaded, you know, pickoff in the sixth inning as well. But who knows what was going on with him? But we know that's not him. Like, I'm not worried about Francisco and Dorr not being an astute baseball player.

The fact that the Mets don't hit is troublesome, but we always see this.

Right.

He saw it all of last year, and then eventually they came alive and at some point, and then they faded at the end.

But that's a common refrain, common problem that you talk about.

What Cam Schlittler is doing is special.

And while we talk about how good Nolan McLean is,

probably hyperbolic from you over optimistic meth fans,

how we talk about how good this Yankee rotation could be.

Camp Schlittler could be the best one in it, which is something that I don't think we thought

could be possible this quickly.

And so you can't help but be enamored by how dominant he looks in his first two outings
