Also this morning, the SAVE Act, it's moving forward.

You know, I support the SAVE Act. I support the idea of producing citizenship. I really think

voting in person is the best way to vote also. I think voting by mail is prone to fraud,

more inherently less trustworthy because no one sees who fills out the ballot.

And sometimes the witness requirements are not enforced.
