Well, I'd like to start this show with a big screw you to Darrell Mori and Ryan McDonough

for ruining my wedding, but with a trade that we now have to record. I know I'm kidding,

the wedding went great. And I got a little time here before we leave for the honeymoon. So we're

going to bring in Danny here. And we'll talk about this trade. Also later in the episode,

we've got Rahat Hook on. We actually had to record just the day before this trade went down. So

there will be a few aspects out of that are out of date, but not a ton because Ryan Anderson,

and I don't think even night is going to be a huge part of their rotation. But Danny and I

will talk about that right now. So what was the trade? So it's a pretty interesting thing

because there are a couple dynamics here. So in terms of the people, it is Ryan Anderson and the

draft rights to De Anthony Melton, who was taken in the middle of the second round this year,

who has not yet signed. So it is his draft rights for Brandon Knight and Marquis Chris. But then

the other part of it that has to be mentioned as a part of this is that Ryan Anderson decreased

his guarantee for the second season of this of this contract. So he's still signed through 2019,

2020 to equal Brandon Knight's full contract value because his contract is fully guaranteed

for that same season. So whether you want to call that neutral or not depends on Chris's option

and Melton and all that kind of stuff. But that did change the finances for the sons,

even if they end up fully guaranteeing Ryan Anderson, which they certainly could.

Yeah, and I think the sons that as we talked about with the Devon Booker extension,

we can look at it from their perspective first here. Not a ton of space really left over.

At that point, Chris seemed like he might be an option, especially with all these combo

boards that they got into get his fourth year option to climb. So he may not have even been

on the team anymore. But right now with Anderson on the books, if they choose not to wave him,
