Ah, yes, we have much to discuss here on dunked on Sunday night edition, but second of the week

I thought there were two big stories one was the Warriors really going for it hard right from the jump in terms of lineups minute

Totals really respecting this Houston team knowing that they were vulnerable in this game one and then also Houston

This is their now fourth straight game of not very good offense and

It was a 102 offensive rating for Houston that would be basically below worse than the league levels for them

So what was it that Golden State was able to do against Houston?

They were able to largely take away the hardened Capella connection without really sacrificing too much else and a lot of that is just

Dremond Greens individual brilliance as a defender using faints and positioning to make those decisions harder and also they would have help sometimes from

From different spots late enough where harden couldn't necessarily get the pass and they were they were really selling out to stop that and

Quinn Capella only had two shots and two free throws in this game and didn't have a single offensive rebound

Which is also an important story that we'll talk about but I thought really that was the crux of the Warriors

Defense was that they were those interior drives were not having the same effectiveness that they did against Utah

And that Houston had really the entire season and a big part of that is it's much easier to play the cat and mouse game when

The on ball guy is still in the play and largely on those hardened drives the Warriors were able to accomplish that even against Curry or

Looney there were not great options for hard new attack

I thought Curry did a very nice job of unhardened as well that the Warriors did a nice job of avoiding the switch

Into an unfavorable mashup until very late in the clock to where harden is basically committed at that point to going to that step back

3 pointer and then you can really influence him left at the end of the clock there because there isn't really enough time for him to drive
