Dave's on fire today. This is the flavor. So we're going to do a little hot sea coaching.

0:18.8

Go ahead and get your questions ready. I have two of the extraordinary coaches that I coach.

0:26.5

They're they're amazing. Kevin Palmieri and Alan Lazarus. Let's show people how you can get

0:32.9

the most out of hot sea coaching. Who wants to go first? I think in tradition, I always do. So

0:38.8

I'll hammer it, Dave. So yesterday I had the opportunity to be on a call with somebody.

0:43.7

And my intuition said, don't do this, Kevin. This probably isn't a super valuable

1:32.4

of how my decision is aligned with what I want, who I can help, who can help me, and how to get

1:38.4

it done efficiently effectively with statistical success. In other words, I apply my why to the

1:44.7

interference. So when you talk about going against your intuition, what you're really doing is

1:50.1

clearing the interference between you and the inspired, the intuit, the intelligence that's

1:58.0

beyond your conscious understanding. So you feel like, God, I got this gut feeling, but I'm going

2:05.1

against that. It's the gut feeling is the interference a lot of times. And so if we instead

2:11.6

take a pragmatic approach of identifying what's creating that interference triggers, like the

need to be offended or right or separate inferior superior anxious frustrated angry guilty resentful
