Actually, that's right. We stop doing mantras. We're just doing relaxation breathing. So let's

get comfy. Let's roll our shoulders back. Undo that bra. Speaking of boobs, let the girls out.

I don't care if you're at your desk. Get them out. We're free boobing it all summer, okay?

All right, so roll your shoulders back and we're going to take a deep breath into the nose.
