to talk to you. And sorry for the delays, you know, life and things and our schedules are all wacky.

So we try to do these as often as we can.

And we had anticipated doing a show tonight.

But if you don't hear the dulcet tones of a Greg Nibler,

then you can clearly assess most likely that that is not going to be in the cards,

at least right now.

So what happened is I, you know, Greg was at work all day with his, you know, television gig.

I was doing a bunch of real estate stuff today.

And I just got over here.

And Greg had just gotten home.

And, you know, of course, they are in a band.

He is with his buddies, my buddies, too, in a band called Courage. And they had some band practice last night, but one of the members, one of their amps stopped working. So one of the members of Courage, it was, it was Gavin. Gavin just stopped by to pick up his amp. And he opened the door to the basement. You know, and Greg, I just got home and hadn't been in the basement today.

And Gavin's like, hey, dude, what, uh, what happened in your basement?

Which is like the worst thing I think that you can hear.

I mean, I've had to break the news when I've been like previewing houses or showing houses

before and like seeing, you know, some sort of destruction somewhere or another like somebody's gotten in or, you know, there's been some sort of water leak or there's a broken window.

But so Greg is like, what do you mean what's wrong with my basement?

And he opened the door.

So he'd been having right now, like he was actually getting ready because after the show he was going to have to do some snaking with his plumbing because there's something stuck in there just you know it is what it is and it's right near there but um he looked downstairs and i heard this because i was i was here for the show and I hear this oh fuck and there's this
