| 1:40.2 | bodies function and that's not a criticism at all. That's just such a big observation that I had in my own experience as well as working |

| 1:48.9 | But in the simplest term, our hormones govern everything from head to toe. |
| 1:54.4 | And when they are balanced, we feel like we're doing this B&E's waltz. |
| 1:59.8 | But when they're out of balance, we're doing the hokey-coki and we're using the wrong feet. And everything just feels out of place. We don't feel right within ourselves because if we think about what hormones are, they like the symphonic orchestra and they're conducted by our endocrine system. And this endocrine system is made up of different glands and organs in the body. |
