Yeah, let's jump into it. Once again, we are in the Thrive Bibles today reading out of Psalm 62-6, and the devotional is titled Strong Foundation.

Let's jump into it. It says, he alone is my rock and my salvation, my fortress where I will not be shaken.

The love letter from God says, Beloved child, I am your rock and your salvation. Build your life on the solid truth of my word and a solid commitment to my ways.

I want you to experience life to the fullest

by learning how to live in a world without becoming

like the world.

I want you to be strong in faith,

so no one can steal your heart from me.

You will never regret building your life

on what will last forever.

Love your Heavenly Father.

The reflection says,

when we build our lives on anything other than God,

our rock and our salvation, we build our lives on something that can be shaken by this world.

When we live in God's way, even the strongest storm can't blow our faith away. The treasure of truth says God is a solid

foundation that keeps us from being shaken. Yeah I have a feeling that this devotional is as timely as ever, just because I think a lot of us, you know, you and me included, we had these foundations that we thought were just immovable because everything was going great and then 2020 hit and then it was really a period of testing a period of trials and a period of learning new things and that's something I really admire about David

is that whenever he cries out and he says he alone is my rock and my salvation,

it just makes me think of all the different times I've substituted

something else for God as my salvation and I think that when we were in that period
