Summary

Neil served as a military policeman in the UK, Germany, Cyprus and the Falkland Islands, mostly as a patrol dog handler. In 1990, he joined the Metropolitan Police in a number of roles as a detective investigating serious crimes. As a covert policing specialist, he used tactics to obtain evidence against murderers, human transporters, drug dealers and fraudsters.
