Hey, I want to get weird with you for a second. Okay. Let's do it. So I've really been thinking about this one. So number one thing that holds loan officers back. So what would you say is the number one, and I'm not Peyton you in the corner. I'm going to give you my opinion, but what do you think the number one, number one thing that holds loan officer back? What's in between their ears?

I think, um, we have not talked about this. So we literally had no clue what the topic was.

I had no idea. So the number one thing that holds loan officers back is the belief that, that like,

there's something that's happening in their mindset of either a fear of rejection,

fear of the phone, or a belief that they can do it.

And I think there's this being paralyzed by some sort of fear, which you in, you know,

we talk about it in the boot camps all the time.

It's flicking little guy off your shoulder.

And the reality is so many of the loan officers we talk to that are struggling with belief in

themselves, belief in their capability, belief in what to say.

Carl, they're so gifted.

You and I look at him and we're like, you're remarkable.

You were made for this. People are, I mean, like, you're, you're the, the spotlight when you walk in a room. And, and yet there's this self-deprecating belief that came from somewhere that prevents them from living out their full potential. So I think that's what it is. Dude, I love you, man. I swear that, this, because either A, this was going to go real good or real good or real bad. I was going to stop it and go, okay, wait, let's, let's pick another topic and I'll and delete it.
