From 1 John 318, we read,

Let us not love in word or talk, but in deed and in truth. Adam Adkison, a Home Depot employee

in Bellevue, Tennessee, recently noticed a small envelope in Isle 22. When he picked it up,

he discovered it was packed with $700 in cash.

He could have kept the money and presumably no one would have been the wiser. Instead,

he contacted a manager named Alyssa Rokey who made a post about the envelope on Facebook.

A person responded, describing the envelope in detail and confirming that the money

belonged to his business partner. The owner was grateful to get his money back since he planned to use

it to buy Christmas gifts for his children. Roki explained why she and Adkison responded to the lost

money as they did, and I quote, one of Home Depot's core values says to do the right thing.
