Mandy Thursday. I know we're going to talk

about Holy Week a little bit later in the show but you being a good Anglican. Have you

been to church yet or is that later today? No, you know it's we can give recommendations right off the bat this week and my recommendation

this week although it's coming a week late I guess because when people hear it it's going to

be after Monday Thursday

they're going to miss the opportunity to go. They can write it down for next year.

Yeah I thought about that actually when we came out of last week's program I was like

oh that's the that's one you really are supposed to highlight it. But I think it was

NT Wright who said, don't rush through, or maybe it was Richard John Newhouse in his wonderful book on the seven last words of Jesus.

He said, you know, don't rush past Good Friday yet.

Sit there a little bit and reflect. And of you know Holy Week has all kinds of different

events that the scripture wanted us to know about starting with on Sunday and then

the last supper and then the last words that Jesus spoke.

I mean, you know, the Gospel of John in particular is interesting on this, right?
