And we're excited to be with you today. In this episode, we want to talk about gaslighting.

And so I'm going to put up here on the screen, the slideshow that we've got to show you tonight.

But gaslighting is this thing. I will define it first. We'll go into

how it got its name. We've got several areas to talk about examples of it, the harm that it does.

I think this is a big deal because this happens in unhealthy relationships. If you get a boyfriend,

a girlfriend, a spouse, sometimes a parent relationship and maybe a

coworker or whatnot, but you'll run into this, I think, a million times in your life where people

want to change your reality because it would be too difficult for them to be accountable

to whatever it was that happened. but also systems do this to us.

So religions and other groups or spiritual systems, gaslighting often happens in.

And so we'll go through all of this tonight.
