I've been following this woman for a couple years now. I saw her speak at an

event down in Venice Beach, which Confidence, if you don't know, Venice Beach in California is like

the epicenter of wellness and good feelings and femininity in

macramay and plants and after I heard this person speak. I just felt like I had one of those mind-blowing

emoies, you know, where the head's popping off the top and it really changed the way I live.

Absolutely, you are hormone for having me. Absolutely, you are a hormone health educator, which what does that mean?

That means that I spend a lot of time explaining what hormones do, what the endocrine system is, and how it affects

our, you know, how hormones rule our mental, physical and emotional health.

Absolutely. And there's a lot of, there's a lot of complexity to it so my job is to make it simple to

understand and to link it back to the sorts of things you're experiencing that could give you a clue that maybe your hormones have to do with how you're feeling.
