Holly spent over 25 years taking various anti-depressants until she ultimately discovered that two particular foods were the actual culprit of her mental health issues, and she eventually weaned off anti-depressants.

Holly’s mission is to empower women on a personal and spiritual level by leading them into the weight room on a journey of physical strength.
