Today we're going to talk about the perfect gifts and wish list to get for any person in your

life or if you need good gift ideas for yourself. Your parents are asking you, what do you want

for Christmas and you have no clue? I got you because that is what I am here for. These are just the perfect

gift ideas whether you have a budget or not a big budget right now. And it just is perfect to gift to

anyone. And remember, the best gift to give to somebody is being present and being loving and caring

and supporting them. But if we're being

real and talking about gifts and Christmas and the holidays and you want to give a gift or you

want to ask for something, this is the perfect episode for you. Anyways, for a little weekly recap first,

I have just been loving getting motivated for the new year. I know I'm kind of early for this because we talk about this after the holidays,

but I am really excited for the new year and what it's to bring.

I know the new year can be intimidating,

which is why it's so important to focus on the real purpose of life

and to remember to enjoy, slow down and find what you really love. There's so much that we

don't know about ourselves and we need to take time this year to kind of figure out what, who are we?

Like, what do we love? What do we hate? And you may think you know, but you really don't because
