throughout the year. Well, I guess the number one question I would be asked at this point

by anybody listening is, are okay is everything all right are you

coming back these are all kind of one question right and the answer to all of them

is yes absolutely I am okay in fact I'm pretty good please don't read any read into the low-keyness of my voice and of my tone. Things are actually

pretty okay. I've been taking meds for a while now. They have moved into my system.

I keep finding new baselines, and that's just been wonderful.

The other thing that's very nice is that I am really and truly healing now with my foot. I'm no longer on the,

in wilderness, on my foot. I've been able to get by in an emergency if I had to, and that's,

that was a huge, just, you you know that was a big that was

momentous and then bit by bit it's it was coming in and I'd say in the last month or so it's

been fairly rapid the healing has really kicked up a notch and it's it's been a wonderful holiday present to me. Let me tell you.

In fact, the only downside to it is the cats no longer is happy with me, right? Because for a while

there, I was just a mobile cat butt heating unit when you think about it, right? I stopped being the food dispenser

some time ago. Now a robot does that. But ever since I got injured, I started wheeling myself around

in a chair around the house. Cat loves it. Cat loves it. Cat's old. Cat's very old. Cat's 18. Cat will happily run and jump into my lap if I'm rolling around and she's interested. Usually she just gets the hell out of the way because she's a cat. You know, you probably have heard some things about them on the internet. But, yeah, yeah, the cat got kind of used to it.
