Hi, it's Jay Parker with the last quickie of 2024. We're coming up on the holidays,

so let's talk about how to focus on intimacy at this most wonderful and busiest time of the year.

Here are seven ways to prioritize you and your husband during this jam-packed holiday season.

First, take a Christmas lights tour,

drive through your neighborhood, town, or local holiday display, and savor the season. Second, hang

mistletoe. And use it. Missletoe has a history of being considered a fertility herb and an aphrodisiac.

Okay, that's basically mythology, but why not take advantage of the

opportunity to get a few more kisses from your beloved? Third, listen to love songs. There are so many

romantic songs for the holidays. Cue them up and snuggle, dance to, or make love to your favorites.

Fourth, watch a Christmas movie. Many of them contain wonder

and or romance from Miracle on 34th Street to while you are sleeping to die hard. Yes, I consider

die hard both Christmassy and romantic. But if you don't, there are plenty of other options.

Fifth, add a sexy gift to your wish list. We've got you covered with

Christmas shopping together. You need to buy stuff for your family and friends, right? Why not turn that

into a date night and end with the gift of sexual intimacy to one another.

And finally, schedule sex. Yeah, you didn't see that coming, did you? But with the stress,

pressure and obligations that come along with the holidays, it's more important than ever to put sex

on the calendar, not as just another obligation, but a sweet respite from the busyness of the season. Remember that you're just

scheduling a sex date, and once you arrive, spontaneity can happen in whatever you choose to do. Although,
