The new Kendrick album came out this week.

It's true.

And honestly, pretty good. There were absolutely some bangers on there. A good album, like solid album from Kendrick Lamar. My favorite rapper of all time. Somebody who I think is the goat, right? But when I'm thinking about goats, when I'm talking about goats, I can't help but also think of like, you know, people who are also masters at their craft maybe in other fields. Some of these people are superintendents.

It's not a category people think about often. It's not. Nobody thinks about this. But one of the greatest superintendents of all time hails out at Oklahoma. And his name is Ryan Walters. Front of the show. And I bring up Kendrick Lamar and Ryan Walters, one, because they're both, you know, masters of their craft, but also because they've both started some of their, like, best works with a prayer. Naturally. With the good kid, Mad City starts off with the prayer, Lord God, I come to you a sinner. Ryan Walters starts off, I don't know, a fucking school day with a prayer where he decided it would be okay to make,

to try and order public school teachers to show a video in all of their classes of him

praying for President Trump. This is the video. This is the video. Okay. We got a clip. Roll it.

Right. Dear God, thank you for all the blessings you've given our country.

I pray for our leaders to make the right decisions.

I pray in particular for President Donald Trump and his team as they continue to bring

about change to the country.

I pray for our parents, teachers, and kids that They get the best education possible and live high quality lives.

I also pray that we continue to teach love of country to our young people

and that our students understand what makes America great

and that they continue to love this country. Amen.

He did not prepare that going into it. It really feels like he just did that just off the cuff.

That's what I was thinking too. And then decided, oh, I'm going to make every single kid watch this.

I'm going to make everybody watch me pray. Gotta be a constitutional violation somewhere in there.

Like that's just off the bad insane.

And this is in the context of him announcing a department of religious freedom and patriotism.

Yes.

Which is exactly what you want your taxpayer-funded schools to be doing in your state.

Two things that should not be in the same department.
