| 0:10.0 | it is very common for memories of that person to arise during the holiday season. |
| 0:17.6 | You might remember all of the good times, the times you smiled and laughed and hugged and enjoyed each other's company. |
| 0:30.2 | And you might experience sadness and a yearning for those times. |
| 0:37.9 | Be gentle with yourself and know that it's okay to feel what you're feeling. |
| 0:45.0 | Grief is actually a representation of love. |
| 0:50.0 | And you have so much love in your heart. |
| 0:55.0 | So let yourself feel this love. |
| 0:59.0 | Close your eyes or have a soft downward gaze. |
| 1:04.0 | Hold this person in your heart and take three deep breaths. |
| 1:12.0 | Inhailing through the nose. |
| 1:15.0 | Exhaling through the mouth. |
| 1:19.0 | Inhailing through the nose. |
| 1:27.0 | Inhailing through the nose exhaling through the mouth exhaling through the mouth. |
| 1:55.0 | Last one. Inhailing through the nose. Exhailing through the mouth. Exhaling through the mouth. Take a moment to recognize how you're feeling when you think about this person you have lost. Name the emotion or emotions. |
| 2:00.0 | Maybe you're feeling sad or tender or raw. Allow these feelings to be here. |
| 2:17.0 | Doesn't mean that you like it. |
| 2:22.0 | It just means that these feelings are here right now. |
| 2:30.0 | And it's okay to feel the way you're feeling. |
