If you have lost a family member or a loved one,

it is very common for memories of that person to arise during the holiday season.

You might remember all of the good times, the times you smiled and laughed and hugged and enjoyed each other's company.

And you might experience sadness and a yearning for those times.

Be gentle with yourself and know that it's okay to feel what you're feeling.

Grief is actually a representation of love.

And you have so much love in your heart.

So let yourself feel this love.

Hold this person in your heart and take three deep breaths.
