| 1:31.5 | yourself to be able to help them in the best way possible, to make sure that you are in a place |
| 1:37.3 | where you can come as your best. So just a reminder, these meditations are meant to be done in the stillness and silence of a space that feels comfortable, where you can close your eyes and relax. |
