Hi, it's Michael, and welcome back to another episode here on Letting It Settle Plus,

On this week's episode, we talked about allowing for yourself to take the opportunity to pause in the

middle of the day.

And I guided you through a meditation that allowed for you to find those questions,

allowed for you to find that 90 seconds of reset time,

and allowed for you to permit yourself the ability to pause,

to collect yourself, and to find your way back to you. So today I'd like to lead you through an extended version of that meditation.

So just as a gentle reminder, these meditations are meant to be done in the stillness and silence of your home.

So if you are operating a car or anywhere that requires you to be mindful,

pause this, come back.

But if not, we'll begin by taking a deep breath in,

breathing out, and letting it all settle.

And then go ahead and close down your eyes, or you can just stay here with me.

And from here, begin to connect to the breath,

allowing for yourself to become aware of what it feels like to breathe in,

and what it feels like to breathe out.

Not needing to fix or change anything about the breath,

but just approaching it with curiosity. What does it feel like to have the air enter into the nostrils?
