1:17.3 | Let me remind you that in September 2017, the European Parliament demanded that the Council Act to prevent the Hungarian authorities from reaching the EU's own values. |
1:23.2 | And entities were concerned about the independence of the judiciary, the functioning of the constitutional and the electoral system, |
1:30.3 | freedom of expression, corruption, the rights of the minorities, and the situation of migrants and refugees. |

1:41.3 | with the future to determine whether under Article 7 of the T.U, |
1:46.3 | the existence of clear risk of a series which on gradually gabinatical 2 existed and with the aim |
1:56.4 | of addressing appropriate recommendations to Hungarian authorities in this respect. |
2:02.9 | In a resolution adopted last week on 15th of January, the MEPs noted the report and |
2:08.2 | statement by the European Commission, the UN, the USC, and the Council of Europe, which |
2:13.4 | indicates that the situation in both Holland and Hungary has deteriorated since the |
2:19.9 | triggering of Article 7 on the T.U. |
