So it turns out that this mental health thing is kind of important, huh?

There is a real push right now.

I don't know if you guys are seeing this or not for this four day work week that we

sort of have been doing for like months and months and months now.

Each Friday, one of us either on the air or off the air, the staff takes a Friday off.

So it's kind of a revolving four day work week.

It's a rotating one, yeah.

A rotating one, man, wouldn't that be glorious if that was like the standard now, right?

Because this five day work week has just been instituted forever.

We do it because it's tradition.

I think Howard Stern's done this for years as well.

So they are trying an experiment in the UK right now and it is the biggest four day

work week.

They're calling it a pilot of all time.

So it's going to last six months and it's involving about 3,300 workers and 70 companies

are all in on it in every different industry.
