There are some companies or some organizations that when you mention the name you immediately

get a negative feeling.

For instance, if I say to you, the IRS, nobody oh I love the IRS they take my money every year it's

also no one never says that right another organization I think we'll all agree on this

also is if I say ticket master nobody's a huge fan of ticket

master especially all the fees all the charges and all the fees and it's a

monopoly right well I'm not sure if you guys got the same email

that I did this morning, first email I got this morning

to start my day, which was from Ticketmaster,

saying, sorry, we screwed you.

So first of all, it just says hello.
