every Founders Journal episode is a little time capsule,

but I think this especially is a time capsule for myself

that I need to just basically re-listen to

We've talked about hiring before on the show,

but the reason I wanted to set a reminder for myself

of best practices around hiring is

Morning Brews growing really quickly.

We are in such a unique and privileged position as a media company to be expanding during a world pandemic.

We are going to be hiring somewhere between 15 and 20 people the rest of the year.

As a company that has 47 people right now,

talking about almost doubling 40% growth

by the end of the year is a crazy number in itself, but in such a short period of time,

we need to create a reminder for ourselves that if we are not really purposeful in the way that we hire,
