is by Oscar Wilde. It says to love yourself is the beginning of a lifelong romance.

So you may not have a romantic partner with this upcoming holiday, and that's okay.

It's important that actually before we can love another,

it's very important that we love ourselves and understand ourselves

and feel complete within ourselves.

I want to read to you one of my favorite poems or kind of writings about this, and it's from a

book called Imagine a Woman in Love with Herself, Embracing Your Wisdom and Wholeness by

Patricia Lynn Riley.

Imagine a woman who believes it is right and good she is woman, a woman who honors her experience

and tells her stories, who refuses to carry the sins of others within her body and life.

Imagine a woman who has acknowledged the past's influence on the presence, a woman who has walked through her past,

who has healed into the present. Imagine a woman in love with her own body, a woman who believes

her body is enough, just as it is, who celebrates her body's rhythms and cycles and is as an

exquisite romance.

Imagine a woman who embraces her sexuality as her own.

A woman who delights in pleasuring herself,
