Criptid sightings in the U.S. are a fairly common occurrence.

Whether it's a Sasquatch, Chupacabra, Loveland Frogman, or one of our many lake monsters,

it seems that there are several sightings of some type of cryptid every week.

Canada is a bit different.

Compared to the many sightings in its neighbor to the south, cryptid reports in Canada are

extremely rare.

The most famous of all the Canadian cryptids is probably Ogopogo, the Lake Monster in

Okanagan Lake in British Columbia.

Most cryptid sightings take place in rural areas or heavily wooded areas.

That's what makes today's story so unique.

You see, the Cabbage Town Tunnel Monster was seen in the densely populated metropolis of Toronto.
