Also as we mentioned on every show it's a tough time going on for a lot of people whether it be COVID whether it just be the events of the world the events of our country whatever the case is there's a lot of people down right now.

We just want people to know that you are wanted you are loved and you're cared about even if we've never met you we care about you and I know that might be hard to believe but it's true.

I post it something the other day that I think says it all it's said how can you know it's how can you say that you love me when we've never met.

If people can hate for no reason people can love for no reason absolutely. So obviously if you get some situations that you need to talk to Tracy and I are always available the group 5000 strong is willing to talk to anybody at any time of night any time of day.

So if you just want to talk to some people that are unbiased. We're there if you don't feel like you can talk to friends or family members there's trust me a lot of people there who care about you whether you realize it or not.

You did I just saw you do that so we went to a Mexican restaurant yesterday and Jerry ordered something and when they bought a tomb it was totally not what he ordered at all.

But he's still a cause he ain't kind of make a big deal over nothing so it was no big deal in so he didn't get us to stato so he made one at home today and he doused it in that stuff.

It was so good really was really good.

Yeah I love a good tostato.

Yeah I know you really do.

And Taco Bell got rid of them and it was like my favorite thing because they had like this sriracha sauce that they put on it and that's what really made it and now I can't get it.

Yeah so I had make my own sauce.
