I just wanted to say that you ladies are amazing.

I have definitely helped me on my breastfeeding journey.

I am currently almost at

11-month exclusive breastfeeding, my last baby, and this is the longest I've ever gone.

My first baby, I only breastfed for one month. My second baby, I went three months. With my

current baby, I've gone 11 months with no supplementing at all. I almost gave up when I went

back to work two months ago,

but this podcast has kept me going. I do want to stop pumping because it makes me miserable.

So I'm not sure what to do with feeding him when I'm at work. He is almost one and I want to

keep pumping until he is one. But I would like to know what is the best way to start introducing
