A lot of people are experiencing a decline in engagement in their Instagram.

And maybe not on every post or story, but it seems inconsistent.

You know, you'll have one post that's great and the next post will be like,

whoa, like, did everyone fall asleep? You know, so what are you seeing out there with the gram?

For sure, yeah. I mean, that has changed and those type of things will always change, right? The algorithm is evolving and the algorithm is super, super important for us. I think a lot of people get frustrated with it. But you have to remember that they're adjusting the algorithm so that people will continue to use the app. And there's a lot of other things outside of doing hair that are happening on Instagram,

that those changes are necessary.

And you just have to kind of go with the flow.

And what I see is that a lot of times we're focused on how is that post going to perform.

And I think you have to step away from that and focus on how is this as a whole going to help my business and get me to my goals and look towards the end game.

So it's almost like with the stock market, right?

Like if you invest in good stocks and you're consistent with that, then over time you are going to make money.

But that doesn't mean that you won't hit, you know, valleys and peaks along the way.
