So that was something LESA held back in Vegas, and it's like 10 full days of just straight education, but not just from her.

does the chemistry of hair and products. So I, when I learn the basics of like certain sulfates

versus, because everyone's like, oh, no sulfates curly hair, that's not necessarily true. You have to

learn what the good sulfates are and the bad sulfates. You know, that's not necessarily true. You have to learn what the good sulfates

are and the bad sulfates. You know, silicones. That's super controversy in the hair care world or the

curly world. Silicons aren't necessarily bad for curls. When you know if they're the 20th ingredient

or are they the second ingredient, how much of that silicone is in there. You know, and prosody matters.

So I could get into that day and day out.

But when I learned the chemistry of products, I learned how to simplify my styling.
