The first former president ever to face federal charges is accused of 37 criminal counts of unauthorized possession

of classified material, obstruction of justice and making full statements to law enforcement.

It's the second time this year that he's been charged with a crime.

An American attorney, Norman Eisen, told the BBC that the former president would face a tough time in court.
