Hey, ladies and gents, welcome back to the muscle intelligence podcast. I'm host Ben

0:16.5

Pocolski. Today is one of my favorite podcasts ever. I'm going to tell you guys why.

0:22.2

Today's guest is going to give you some really interesting insights, not only into performance,

0:30.1

as he is, in my opinion, the greatest trainer on the planet, the greatest performance expert on the planet.

0:37.4

He also happens to be

0:38.9

my college roommate. And so maybe you'll get some insights into younger Benny P and how I lived my life

0:48.9

in university. Just kidding, you might not. But I have this amazing conversation with my great friend, Andy O'Brien.

0:56.0

And he's been a guest in the podcast before.

0:58.1

And you may have heard Andy's name if you're anywhere in the high performance space.

1:01.5

So Andy trains everyone from the top Olympic athletes in the world to he was the head of

1:06.6

1:20.6

this guy is the best trainer on the planet. Again, I've met all the best trainers on the planet,

1:25.5

but as far as the people I've ever met,

1:28.1

this guy is in a league of his own. And there's no one that understands both exercise,

1:33.9

physiology, optimization, and performance like he does. And that's not blown smoke because he's my

1:38.4

friend. It's just I sit there with my mouth open most of the podcast and just listen to him

1:43.0

speak. And I try to ask

1:44.3

somewhat, you know, articulate questions. But for the most part, I just sit there and like,

1:48.5

and it's kind of like wind it up, let him go. And I will apologize in advance for the audio

1:52.9

quality. Andy and I are literally sitting in the living room. And it's not the greatest audio
