podcast only one episode to go before we wrap up the season and believe me I can't believe how fast it has

gone man I have enjoyed this so much and I'm looking forward to doing it for a long time to come.

I'm excited about this episode today because a friend of mine is my guest.

His name is Wrenshawmiller. He is a licensed therapist. He is a

brother in Christ and he is also an individual living with bipolar disorder. We talked weeks ago about this episode

because June is indeed Men's Health Month so here at In the Light it's

Men's Mental Health Month.

I wanted him to be a guest this month for sure.

Had no idea then what would be going on in our society,

but so much is going on as we see not just racial unrest but we are seeing a

revolution in terms of our imagination of America and where she can go next in all of her beauty and

splendor. And so I'm especially glad that Renshaw was scheduled to be here with me just as a black man as well.

So looking forward to talking with him today about his whole entire life.

You know, none of us is just one thing.

So he's a black man in America at this moment

and that is uniquely salient.

But like I said, he's also a man of God, He's also a man who is thriving with a mental illness.

He's a professional therapist like me and just a really good person.

So I'm excited to hear from him and have him bring his whole self to the space.
